Our Strategy
Our first Strategy Statement covers the three-year period from 2025 to 2027 and sets out our vision for the media landscape in Ireland, as well as six strategic outcomes which bring that vision into sharper focus.
The Strategy Statement also sets out our mission, our approach to exercising our statutory role, and the values that underpin all aspects of our work. Over the three years in question, the Strategy Statement will direct our efforts, inform our decisions, and support us in monitoring progress. It will be complemented by our annual work programmes, which will provide more detail on individual projects and workstreams.
Annual Work Programme
Our 2025 Annual Work Programme sets out the priority projects that we will commence or advance during the calendar year. Each of these projects will support the realisation of our vision, and contribute to the delivery of one or more of the six strategic outcomes in our Strategy Statement, 2025 to 2027.
They are complemented by a set of delivery tools and enablers that will allow us to make meaningful progress towards the strategic outcomes. These delivery tools and enablers, and the priority actions under each, are also set out in the Work Programme.
