Submissions are invited from stakeholders on our new Digital Transformation Scheme, worth approximately €3 million. This pilot project follows recommendations by the Future of Media Commission, to ‘develop a scheme to provide support to media organisations in need of help to innovate and transition to the digital information environment’.
The Scheme will provide funding to support public service content providers, on a platform-neutral basis, to transition to sustainable digital models. This will help ensure the long-term viability of independent, trustworthy, accessible and diverse high-quality public service content.
