Read the feasibility study on the audiovisual content levy
The Report of the Future of Media Commission recommended that Coimisiún na Meán undertake research on the desirability, efficacy and design of an audiovisual content levy and fund. Coimisiún na Meán, following our establishment, commissioned independent research on the feasibility of such a levy. This feasibility study was provided to the Minister in January 2025.
