Community Media Scheme
The Community Media Scheme (CMS) provides funding to strengthen the social benefit contribution of the community media sector.
The key objective of this Scheme is to support a sustainable, inclusive and participative community media sector that delivers social benefit and fosters active citizenship.
Current funding round
€1 million has been allocated for the Community Media Scheme (CMS) in 2026 thanks to funding allocated by the Minister for Culture, Communications and Sport, Patrick O’ Donovan, TD.
